What else do i need to pay besides package cost to get my site running?

Our packages only include design and development of specified type of website. You still need to pay for the domain name(www.yourcompany.com) registration and hosting for the website files. Domain name varies from $10-$60 per year depends on the suffix of your choice. Hosting fees is around $3-$40 per month depends on speed and location.

Do I need to register the domain or find hosting company myself?

If you need our help fot domain registration and hosting selections, we are here to help you to go through each step. We will recommend hosting company that provide the service meet the requirement of your website. It's really important that you choose the right hosting company. We provide hosting service only for zipweb clients at discounted rate. It's easier for us to manage and maintain your site if we host it here.

What if i already have a domain name but not a hosting yet ?

We will need access to your domain regista to point the domain name to the hosting of your choice. There will be no charge if you use our hosting service.

What if I am abroad and not be able to meet you guys directly ?

ZipWork is able to provide services all over the world. We provide online live chat during office hours. For consultation and meeting, we use skype video chat if you aren't in the same country.

Zip Clients Center provide invoice, message and file upload and download portal for all zipwork clients. For video files, we will post it on vimeo zipwork channel and give you a password to download it.

    How should i pay for the services?

    There are several ways of paying us!

  • We accept bank transfer if that suits you, the bank detail is down the bottom of the invoice. Please insert the invoice number as reference.
  • If you prefer to pay by credit card or paypal, please require the paypal invoice from us, the payment link is there.
  • Or simply find the online payment link in web development mega menu under the useful links. I'm going to pay now
